	W. Randall Jones Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Randy Jones has been affiliated with the company since 1977. Prior to purchasing Flournoy Homes in August 2001 from Flournoy Development Company and renaming it as Jones & Minear Homebuilders, LLC, Mr. Jones was employed by Flournoy Development in various capacities, including Vice Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of Columbus State University and in 1999 was presented the Outstanding Alumnus Award by the Abbott Turner College of Business. Mr. Jones currently serves as a director of the Columbus State University Foundation and chairs the Tower Society of CSU. He is a past board member and president of Green Island Country Club and a past board member of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Leadership Columbus Alumni Association and The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
	Kenneth W. Minear President and Chief Operating Officer Kenny Minear attended Seminole Community College where he was majoring in Business Administration. He has been employed by the company since 1998. Mr. Minear is responsible for the day to day operations of the single family division. He was previously employed by John Wieland Homes and Pulte Home Corporation from 1982 to 1998.
	Christopher P. Jones Vice President - Columbus Chris Jones has been employed with the company since 2002. Mr. Jones is responsible for the day to day operations in the company’s Columbus Division which includes Phenix City and Auburn, AL. He attended Auburn University and is a graduate of Columbus State University. He was previously employed with Flournoy Development Company from 1999 to 2002.
	Tami Whitehead Chief Administrative Officer - Columbus Tami Whitehead has been employed with the company since February 2002 as an Office Manager. Prior to employment with Jones and Minear, she worked as a Bookkeeper and an accounts payable supervisor for an affiliate of Flournoy Development Company. She is currently responsible for all aspects of office administration including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, payroll and cash management as well as employee relations.
